IFBB Nordic Academy Webinar Series 2026
Join our free live sessions. We provide evidence-based strategies for hypertrophy, fat loss, and health.
Smart Hypertrophy: Optimize Growth Without Burnout
Fix the biggest mistake of the year: overtraining. Apply the latest 2025/2026 research in biomechanics, lengthened partials, and stimulus-to-fatigue ratio to train harder by training smarter.
Optimal Diet Strategies for Gaining Mass
Many athletes ruin their off-season by gaining too much fat or fearing calories. We review exact protocols for muscle mass gain, the optimal caloric surplus, and nutrient timing.
Contest Prep: Managing Fatigue & Muscle Retention
Stage dieting is physiological extreme sport. Learn to reduce body fat while retaining muscle mass. Topics: Diet breaks, refeeds, and psychosocial stress management.
Advanced Hypertrophy Programming: Specialization Cycles
Bodybuilding is about illusion and proportions. When general programming stops working, you need specific protocols. Learn to prioritize shoulders, lats, and quads to build a wider visual frame.
Peak Week Declassified: Water, Sodium & Carbs
You cannot build muscle in a week, but you can ruin a physique in an hour. We evaluate old dehydration myths and provide a science-based strategy for peaking, sodium loading, and the "pump up".
The Recovery Diet: Solving the Post-Competition Rebound
The month after a competition carries high risks. We differentiate between a traditional "reverse diet" and a clinically appropriate "recovery diet" to restore hormone function rapidly.
Female Physiology in Physique Sports
Women have different physiological needs. We review physiological considerations for Bikini, Wellness, and Figure athletes. Cycle-based training, peak week differences, and health marker monitoring.
Posing & Presentation: The Art of Displaying Muscle
A good physique hidden by bad posing places last. Posing is a skill you must coach. Learn to analyze mandatory poses, hide weaknesses through angles, and build posing endurance.
Evidence-Based Supplementation for Bodybuilders
Analyze the marketing hype. We evaluate supplements with Tier 1 evidence for hypertrophy and recovery in 2026. Creatine, caffeine, intra-workout carbohydrates, and health support.
The Coach’s Eye: Long-Term Athlete Development
Bodybuilding takes time. Learn to plan an athlete's career over a 3–5 year timeline. Topics: Macrocycles, when to change divisions, and how you build your authority as a coach.
